Brocade Anyone?

Brocade is so regal!
"Gold leaf blocking on leather and parchment has been practiced in Europe since the early 16th century. When applied to paper in the 17th century, this method of relief printing produced brocaded paper, which showcased European craftmanship. The tendrils, ribbons and floral blossoms, closely echo the sumptuous designs of leather wall coverings and silk damask of the time."-www.PaperBlanks.com
